This Privacy Policy describes how IFT72 (“we”, “us”, “our”)
collects and processes information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

Audience & Children
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete the account and related data.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use the App:
- Account & Profile: name, nickname, avatar, date of birth, gender.
- App Activity: course enrollments, group membership/assigned coach, progress,
points and badges, visibility of teammates’ progress within a group (real names are shown within the group only).
- Log & Device Data: technical logs, device identifiers, push notification tokens.
- Analytics & Diagnostics: events and crash data via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Authentication Data: email/password or federated sign-in (Apple ID, Google ID).
We do not collect sensitive categories such as health data, precise geolocation, or contacts.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the App (accounts, sign-in, groups, schedules, progress, points/badges).
- Enable coaches to create courses, attach them to groups, and post announcements.
- Show teammates’ progress inside the group only.
- Send push notifications for announcements, reminders, and updates (you can disable pushes in device settings).
- Monitor performance, fix errors, and improve the App (analytics and crash reports).
- Ensure safety, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract: to provide the App’s core features you request.
- Legitimate Interests: analytics, diagnostics, and safety measures.
- Consent: push notifications (where required) and certain analytics where applicable.
- Legal Obligation: to comply with applicable laws and requests from authorities.
Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the App:
- Firebase Analytics (analytics)
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics)
- Our own servers for database and API operations
No advertising SDKs are used.
Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active. If you delete your account in-app,
we will delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period.
Some data may remain in backups for a limited time consistent with our backup policies
(typically up to 30 days).
Your Choices & Rights
- Access/Correction: you can view or update profile information in the App.
- Delete: you can delete your account via the in-app “Delete Account” button.
- Push notifications: you can disable in device settings.
- EEA/UK users: you may have additional rights (erasure, restriction, portability, objection). Contact us to exercise them.
- You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Safety, Moderation & Reporting
Coaches can post group announcements. There is no open chat. You can report content or users via the in-app
reporting flow or by emailing
cfacademyapp@gmail.com. We may remove content or suspend accounts that
violate our rules.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International Transfers
Our services and processors may operate in multiple countries. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the App or by other appropriate means.
